1. Returns
We accept returns for most items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and Unworn: The item(s) must be in original condition, unused, and unwashed.
- Original Packaging: The item(s) should be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Personal care products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics)
- Customized or personalized products
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
